There is a 2-5 business day PROCESSING time for all orders, even pickup orders(if we discussed). For Custom wig orders, please allow 7-14 business day production time. Sales and Promotions have a longer processing time. Please allow 5-7 business days for bundles and products. Custom-Made and Preorders require 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS.

Shipping is a standard 1-2 business days. All orders over $100 will include insurance. Signature is not required due to COVID. Overnight shipping rates are not available. StyledbyZahna/BundlesByZ LLC is not responsible for any damaged, delayed or lost packages after you receive your tracking.

If the Lace is not cut by Styled by Zahna, the lace is not to be cut., No color, length, texture changes are allowed
