1. How long do custom wig orders take?
2. Can I provide my own hair?
Yes you can, must be of quality, and must be shipped to me clean and thread free or an additional fee will be added.
3. How long do online orders(Except Custom Wigs) take to be shipped?
2-5 business days for processing and allow 1-2 business days for shipping.
4. How many bundles are needed for a standard sewin?
For a standard sewin with leaveout, 3 bundles are needed, and 2 are needed for a bob, for inches longer than 22, 4 bundles are recommended.
5. How many bundles are needed for a lace closure and frontal sewin?
For a lace installs, 3 bundles are needed, and 2 are needed for a bob, for inches longer than 22, 4 bundles are recommended.
6. How many bundles are needed for a closure and frontal wig?
FOR A LACE WIGS, 3 BUNDLES ARE NEEDED, AND 2 ARE NEEDED FOR A BOB,FOR INCHES LONGER THAN 22, 4 BUNDLES ARE RECOMMENDED.
7. How many bundles are needed for bob styles?
For a nice bob that flows only 2 bundles are needed. If you prefer thick bobs you can use 3-4 based on your preference.
8. Are your wigs glueless?
YES! All my wigs including frontal wigs are glueless! You can remove daily, and all wigs are secured by adjustable straps and elastic bands, and combs can be added if requested. You do not have to wear the wig glueless, thats your preference, just make sure a professional is installing for you to make sure the wig will not be messed up. BUT they are made to be worn glueless!
9. Do elastic bands come with each wig
YES! All wigs come with an adjustable strap and an elastic band and combs IF REQUESTED.
10. hOW WILL i GE MY TRACKING INFORMATION
All tracking will be sent via email, once your package is scanned in. Please allow a few hours for the tracking to update once tracking is sent.
11. dO i NEED TO SIGN FOR MY PACKAGE
Yes. All shipments require signatures. But due to Covid-19, shipping services are not doing signature confirmation, so each package will be safely insured.
12. Is your hair raw?
Yes, StyledbyZahna now only provides raw hair. Raw hair is unprocessed hair, cut off of the donor, wefted and cleansed.
13. What kind of lace do you provide?
AS OF NOW, SBZ OS ONLY PROVIDING TRANSPARENT AND SWISS BROWN LACE. HD LACE IS IN VERY HIGH DEMAND NOW AND IS SOMETIMES HARD FOR ME TO GET BECAUSE THE PROCESSING TIME OF MY COMPANY IS SO LONG. TRANSPARENT LACE AND BROWN LACE CAN BE TINTED TO MATCH YOU INDIVIDUAL SKIN TONE. WHEN HD LACE BECOMES READILY AVAILABLE I WILL BE SURE TO NOTIFY Z NATION! I WILL HAVE TWO WIGS IN STOCK WITH hd LACE IF YOU ARE READING THIS RIGHT NOW!
