Shipping & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! Please adhere to the rules and policies listed below:
- All hair sales and wig sales are given a 24 hour grace period for returns and exchanges. After 24 hours, no returns or exchanges are allowed.
- To return or exchange a wig, there can not be any alterations. If I did not cut the lace, the lace can not be cut, no color changes, literally NO CHANGES.
- Please read all product descriptions before purchasing any products.
- There is a 2-5 business day PROCESSING time for all orders, even pickup orders(if we discussed).
- Custom wig orders please allow 7-14 business day production time.
- Shipping is a standard 1-2 business days. All orders over $100 will include insurance. Signature is not required due to COVID.
- Overnight shipping rates are not available.
- When purchasing a wig please make sure you measure your head correctly. StyledbyZahna/BundlesByZ LLC is not responsible for any improperly fit units if you failed to send in your correct head measurements.
- When purchasing any product please make sure your shipping and billing address matches are you will be subject to verification.
- Suspected fraud will be subject to verification and reported.
- We at StyledbyZahna/BundlesByZ LLC, reserves the right to refuse units sent back after a 2 day period
- StyledbyZahna/BundlesByZ LLC is not responsible for any damaged, delayed or lost packages after you receive your tracking.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs and restocking costs of $20
